Product description
There's something deeply satisfying about a gear ball. Every one of the eight interlocking gears — four large, four small — meshes together perfectly around a central sphere, so that moving one sets all the others turning in a smooth, connected cascade. Pick it up, give it a spin, and it's almost impossible to put down.
The Reyousable Gear Ball is 3D printed to order and hand-assembled in-house from bio-based PLA filament — a renewable, lower-impact alternative to conventional plastic. This product contains small parts and small moving components which may become detached during use. It poses a choking hazard and must not be given to or used by children under 36 months (3 years) of age. Recommended for ages 3 and above with adult supervision. This product is not a teething toy and should not be placed in the mouth.
Keep away from heat. This product is made from PLA, a bio-based plastic with a lower heat tolerance than conventional plastic. PLA can begin to soften or deform at temperatures of around 60°C and above. Do not leave in direct sunlight for prolonged periods, place near radiators or heat sources, or leave in a hot vehicle. Store in a cool, dry place.
Cleaning. Wipe with a dry or very slightly damp cloth only. Do not submerge in water, place in a dishwasher, or use chemical cleaning agents. Do not apply excessive force to the gear joints — the gears are designed for smooth, natural rotation and may be damaged by forceful bending or twisting.
Inspect before use. Before each use, inspect the product for signs of damage, cracking, or loose parts. If any gear or component appears damaged or detached, discontinue use immediately and do not allow children to play with a damaged product. Dispose of any broken parts safely.

This product is designed and manufactured by Reyousable in compliance with the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011, covering mechanical and physical safety (EN 71-1), flammability (EN 71-2), and chemical safety (EN 71-3). A Declaration of Conformity and technical file are held by Reyousable. The UKCA mark confirms this product meets UK product safety requirements for toys.

Each Gear Ball is individually 3D printed to order and hand-assembled by Reyousable. You may notice very slight surface variations, minor layer lines, or small cosmetic imperfections — these are a natural and expected characteristic of the printing process, not manufacturing faults. They do not affect the function, rotation, or durability of your Gear Ball in any way. At Reyousable, we believe that a product made sustainably from renewable, plant-based materials with zero mass-production waste is worth more than a factory-perfect finish.
About the material — bio-based PLA
What is PLA and why does it matter?
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a bioplastic derived from renewable plant sources such as corn starch or sugarcane — not fossil fuels. It produces significantly lower carbon emissions to manufacture than conventional plastics. At Reyousable we use PLA Basic and PLA Matte — both bio-based, both with a lower environmental footprint than standard plastic alternatives. By choosing a Reyousable product, you're choosing something made from a material that reduces reliance on oil and supports a more sustainable way of making.
