• Standard Tracked Delivery is £3.99/£5.99 Dependant on order weight under/over 1kg

• Standard Tracked Delivery only is FREE for all orders over £35

United States of America USA - Mainland

• International Tracked Delivery is £44/£46, Dependant on order weight under/over 1kg

• International Tracked+ Signed Delivery is £51/£56, Dependant on order weight under/over 1kg

We use various couriers for all our deliveries, the last order dates for UK pre Christmas delivery are:

- Friday, 19 December 2025

We will post your order on or before the last posting dates, however we cannot be held responsible if the couriers fail to deliver pre Christmas. Please do order in plenty of time if you can to prevent any Christmas day disappointments!

Orders placed after the above date will be accepted and posted as soon as possible. Please contact us prior to placing the order if it is required for Christmas, to discuss delivery/cost options.

For Delivery Dates outside of the UK please order well in advance of Christmas. International orders can take longer around busy periods.

UK Standard Delivery will usually arrive within 2-3 working days of being posted. we are not responsible for delays that are due to the couriers.

USA Standard Delivery will usually arrive within 5-7 working days of being posed. We are not responsible for delays that are due to the courier's or delays on import or export.

If you have not received your order and have tried to track it using the relevant couriers tracking facility, please get in touch with us either by using the contact us form on this website or by emailing us at hello@reyousable.eco quoting your order number to help us investigate it for you.

Once you have completed your shopping and added your reyousables to your cart, click on the cart icon on the top right hand corner of the screen. Your cart will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen. Click on 'Enter a Promo Code'. Type in the Promo code you have received, click on apply, and your cart will automatically update. If for any reason the discount is not automatically deducted, and the code you have is within the expiration date, please get in touch with us using the contact us form on this website or by emailing us at hello@reyousable.eco with the discount code and we will investigate for you.
